Happy 204th Post!
We broke the 200th post mark a couple of days ago, and today I thought I'd throw a SMALL celebration. Happy 200th!

Happy Birthday!
It seems like such a long time! Nonetheless, this blog is one month old, and it has had its fair share of memories already for me. We are using a timeline to portray this blog's progress (all dates are 2011):
- July 12th: USA Weather is born in the middle of a power outage.
- July 14th: Power returns, and USA Weather takes its first steps.
- July 19th: We announce the introduction of SnoScale, a long-range winter weather forecaster.
- July 19th: We announce the production of our 2011-2012 winter forecast.
- July 21st: We announce that we are on Facebook (this one is still under construction).
- July 23rd: We issue our first (and to this date only) WeatherSchool.
- July 24th: We go on vacation.
- August 1st: TTL Index comes out.
- August 8th: We begin drawing out the highest threat areas in weather watches.
- August 10th: Our full preliminary winter outlook comes out.
- Our Facebook page really hasn't gotten off to the start we were hoping for.
- Our Thunderstorm Page STILL isn't out.
- The Advanced TTL Index hasn't come out either.
