Today's Weather Word of the Day

Hello folks!  Today, USA Weather will hopefully come back from the dead as we get set to start severe weather season.  I have been taking a little bit of an extended break from blogging about weather, if you didn't notice.  Trust me, it is kind of nice being able just to watch the weather instead of having to post about it.  But, one can't stay from weather for too long, and my break has just about wrapped up.  So I open up this new posting streak with something new I hope to add to this blog: The Weather Word of the Day.  Now, you're probably getting tired of my rambling, so here goes nothing.
Today's word of the day:  Meteorology
Definition:  The study of the atmosphere.
