Today is yet another slight risk day:
People in the yellow zone should make sure that they and people around them are aware of the fact that they are at risk for severe weather. They should make sure that they have sure that they have an accurate source for receiving watches and warnings as they are issued, and that they know what to do if one is put out. We do have one weather watch out right now:

At this time, I am not too concerned about severe thunderstorms in this region. Still, storms could briefly become severe. Later, I do expect storms to feed on instability and bring marginally severe hail and wind damage. The threat doesn't look to be as widespread as previous days. There is not much shear for this afternoon's storms to work with. Thus, USA Weather is only going to put out a slight risk of severe thunderstorms, seen here:
